Introduction

Welcome to Nasx, an HR Solution SaaS provided by Nasx Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

"Service" refers to the Nasx HR solution SaaS.

"User" refers to any individual or entity using the Service.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information upon registration and keep their login credentials secure.

Misuse or illegal activities, including unauthorized access, distribution of malware, or any actions that harm the service or other users, will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Account Management

Users are required to verify their identity upon registration.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, illegal activities, or actions that compromise the service or other users.

Service Availability and Changes

While we aim for 100% uptime, service interruptions may occur. We will take action within 48 hours to address any issues.

Users will be notified of significant changes to the service via email.

Fees and Payments

Nasx offers both monthly and annual subscriptions. For pricing details, please visit Nasx Pricing.

No refunds will be provided. Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Please refer to our refund and cancellation policy for more details.

Termination of Service

Nasx reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violating the ToS or engaging in activities that harm the service or other users.

Upon termination, user data may be retained for a period as specified in our data retention policy.

Limitation of Liability

Nasx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Users agree to indemnify Nasx against any claims arising from their use of the service.

Intellectual Property

Users will not upload their own content on Nasx, but will add their information (e.g., email, contact number).

All intellectual property rights related to the service are owned by Nasx.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the user resides. Any disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration to avoid litigation.

Data Collection

Nasx collects the following personal data:

  • Basic Information: Employee ID, Email ID/Unique Login ID, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Age, Gender, Marital Status
  • Contact Details: Work Phone Number, Personal Phone Number, Present Address, Permanent Address, Personal Email Address
  • Work Information: Assign Project, Select Role, Designation, Location/City, Department, Employment Type, Employee Status, Date of Joining, Total Experience
  • Financial Information: Annual Package, Tax Regime, Salary Details, Allowances, Company Name and Address
  • Hierarchy Information: Reporting Manager and Email
  • Identity Information: UAN Number, PAN Number, Aadhaar Number, PF Account Number

Data Usage

Collected data is used solely for providing HR solutions and is not used for marketing purposes.

Data may be shared with third parties such as Google Analytics and MongoDB for database management.

Data Protection

Security measures include encryption for passwords and salary details. Regular security audits will be conducted to ensure data protection.

In case of a data breach, users will be informed via email, and steps will be taken to restore data from MongoDB backups.

Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are used to improve user experience. Users can manage their cookie preferences through a banner displayed on the site.

User Rights

Users can access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting info@nasx.solutions.

Data portability is not supported at this time.

Data Retention

User data will be retained for up to six months after service termination. Users can request immediate deletion of their data.

Nasx uses Google Analytics for website analytics and MongoDB for database management.

Specific Scenarios to Consider

Cyber Attacks

In case of a data breach, users will be informed via email. Nasx will investigate the root cause and enhance security measures to prevent future breaches.

Client Audit Failures

Nasx provides HR solutions but is not responsible for clients' audit outcomes. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their audit requirements. Nasx will consider requests for changes to meet audit requirements on a case-by-case basis.

Service Interruptions

While we aim for high availability, service interruptions may occur. Nasx will take action within 48 hours to resolve issues but cannot guarantee immediate resolution.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration to avoid litigation and reduce potential costs. Class action lawsuits are not permitted.
